|Julia Arroyo, originally from Monterrey, Mexico is fluent in both English and Spanish. She brings with her a variety of skills she has garnered from past career experiences and relationships that have propelled her to the next step in her career in the real estate industry.
Acquiring her Bachelor of Arts in Communication has supported Julia in her transition from her native Mexico to her present place of residency in the United States.
Julia’s passion is dance and her professional career focused on Contemporary Dance, Flamenco, and Classical Dance. She served as director of Danza Contemporánea Origen de Monterrey. She was a long-time student at the internationally prestigious school Superior de Música y Danza of Monterrey. She participated in national and international festivals in Mexico, Central America, and the United States. Upon moving to Brownsville, she opened the Julia Rita Dance Studio.
In 2009, the family moved to the San Antonio area and settled in Boerne, where Julia embraced the opportunity to become active in her community. She soon became a Hispanic Representative of Cibolo Creek Elementary School, and joined the BISD-Hispanic Advisory Committee, the Instructional Goal Committee of BISD, and Boerne’s Circulo de Mujeres, an organization that helps woman gain confidence and opportunities within the community.
The skills Julia has obtained from her past career, the relationships she has built in her community, and her natural enthusiasm aided her as she embarked on a new career in real estate. She is a market leader with innovative marketing tools. She possesses an enthusiastic and optimistic approach and is responsible, knowledgeable, and excited to show you the options that will best suit your needs.
